Intro
Okay, so I know this isn't like a hobby or passion, but I thought it could be useful when you're being bullied. As someone who used to get bullied, (and still does sometimes) I know how it hurts. There are different types of bullying, and I will try to cover them all on this page. If you want, you can check out this project I programmed about anti-bullying here. I hope this helps!
Verbal Bullying
Verbal Bullying is when someone intimidates you using words. They might insult you or swear. These are some ways you can stand up for yourself or someone else:
1.) Report to a teacher, parent or trusted adult.
2.) Be assertive and tell them to stop and that the bullying is just making them look stupid. Don't get too aggressive, though.
3.) Ignore it and walk away.

Cyberbullying
Cyber bullying is the most common way of bullying because you can't see the person's face. This is when a bully intimidates you using the internet. I actually just got cyber bullied the other day when someone said, "You have friends? I didn't expect that from such a loser." I reported them and told them to stop. Here are some other ways you can deal with cyber bullies:
1.) Talk to someone you trust.
2.) Report them so they don't do it again to others.
3.) Change your phone number if you're receiving threatening texts or calls.
4.) Block them so they can't contact you.
5.) Don't delete the messages. This way you can have evidence so the police can track down who's bullying you.
6.) Don't reply.

Physical Bullying
Physical bullying is when someone hurts you physically. This can include punching, kicking or pushing. Here are some ways you can deal with it:
1.) Tell an adult. (As always.)
2.) Tell them that you don't like it in a firm voice.
3.) Stay calm and walk away.
4.) Join a group or club.
5.) Record the bullying.
6.) Stay away from areas where the bullying is most likely to occur.
7.) Don't think it's your fault.
8.) Don't skip school or events.
9.) Don't keep it to yourself.
10.) Don't fight back.
11.) Don't hurt yourself.
